1990-1995 Studied at the University of Nairobi

I have acquired diverse experience working in different capacities – volunteering at Action Aid, advertising in Nation Media, teaching at Buruburu Institute of fine Arts and producing development communications materials at Development Communications.

Development Communications (Currently)
I specialise in production of educational materials for development programmes; create visual elements for print and web design, do copy editing and prepress management of publications; manage online presence; serve as a training consultant on communication skills for field workers in the development sector.

Suyian Trust ( Currently)
I generate and disseminate strategic information materials; write and update a public awareness and fundraising blog; currently developing fund-raising strategy for conservation activities.

Nation Media Group (1999 – 2004)
I designed newspaper adverts for diverse products and handled pre-press activities .

Buru Buru Institute of Fine Arts (1998 1999)
I lectured post-secondary students in various art subjects and headed the graphic design department, coordinating curriculum development; participated in setting and marking of national diploma exams for graphic design.

Actionaid Kenya (1996 – 1999)
I designed and managed the production of communication and publicity materials; organized and coordinated exhibition displays for the organisation.
